In 2020, JMT Consulting Group established its first international office in Melbourne, Australia. We are proud to expand our services to organisations of all shapes and sizes.

Developed and refined through our experience supporting over 2,000 not-for-profits since 1991, this is the implementation process we utilise to guarantee the success of each organisation we work with.

DESIGN

During this phase, your dedicated Project Team will work closely with you to discover and define your functional requirements. This may include designing your Chart of Accounts and system structure or mapping data for any necessary conversion.

BUILD

Next, our implementation experts will configure and build your custom database, populating all master records, balances, and historical data along the way to ensure your system is ready to use on Day 1.

DEPLOY

To ensure your organization’s success, we’ll validate test scripts, provide user training (in-person or virtual – whichever you prefer!) and give you the ‘keys’ to your brand new financial management system.

SUPPORT

You’ll have the dedicated support of our implementation team as you begin working within your new system. After that, our support team will handle any technical issues and your Client Account Manager will serve as your point of contact for all things JMT.

Jacqueline M. Tiso

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jacqueline is an enthusiastic and passionate leader frequently called upon to speak on financial management and cloud technology topics for not-for-profit organizations. As a proponent of these modern systems, Jacqueline has received national recognition from accounting and not-for-profit industry organizations and publications. Prior to founding JMT Consulting Group, she was CFO and Comptroller for a number of not-for-profit organizations. Jacqueline has assisted not-for-profit organizations with accounting services, technology, executive management, and board consulting.

Dr. Stephanie Rose-Belcher

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Stephanie manages all operational teams at JMT to drive excellence and build corporate value through process design, automation, innovation, and data management. Her experience supports growth and operating success. She is known for identifying, defining, and executing transformative strategic initiatives that shape the future of a company. Stephanie is an adjunct professor at NYU Wagner and holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master’s in Management Leadership from Western Governors University, and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Josh Goldstein

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Josh is a finance and operational leader in charge of financial strategy and direction at JMT. His analysis and planning skills guide and develop policies to support company growth. His prior experience includes financial modeling, fundraising, cash flow budgeting, KPI design and monitoring, equity analysis, and corporate governance. Josh holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
